My Review
I’m all caught up to the fourth season and I continuously enjoy this show. It’s very relaxing, and it’s important to watch the struggles that farmers, a cornerstone of the world population’s ability to feed itself, have to go through. The added bonus of seeing how English farmers must navigate the consequences of Brexit adds to how interesting the entire show is.
All the characters are wonderful and I couldn’t stop watching once I started.
The only thing that felt contrived after the first season was the more obvious scripting of the show. The first season is the most natural looking while other seasons’ heavily scripted moments tended to take me out of the show for a short while.
